Dr. Ayesha Rahman serves as Director of Student Success & AI Learning Excellence at ICS AI University.
She leads the University's student success strategy by ensuring every learner receives meaningful academic support, personalised guidance, inclusive learning opportunities, and an engaging educational experience throughout their academic journey.
Working closely with the Chief AI Officer, Director of AI Academic Affairs, and Director of AI Learning Experience, she develops initiatives that improve learner satisfaction, academic achievement, student retention, and overall educational excellence.
Her work combines artificial intelligence with evidence-based educational practices to ensure that every student benefits from personalised learning support while maintaining the University's commitment to academic integrity and quality.
She believes that technology should strengthen human potential by helping every learner succeed regardless of background, ability, or learning style.
