He oversees learner journeys, adaptive learning pathways, intelligent tutoring experiences, digital engagement, learning analytics, and the integration of AI technologies that enhance student success while maintaining academic excellence.
Working alongside the Chief AI Officer and the Director of AI Academic Affairs, he transforms curriculum into interactive, learner-centred educational experiences that are measurable, scalable, and globally relevant.
