Dr. Sophia Mitchell serves as Director of Enterprise AI Operations at ICS AI University, where she leads the operational management, service delivery, governance, and continuous optimisation of the University's AI-powered academic and administrative ecosystem.

She is responsible for ensuring that every AI service, digital workflow, automation, learning platform, enterprise application, and intelligent operational process functions reliably, securely, efficiently, and consistently across the University.

Working closely with the Chief AI Officer and the executive leadership team, Dr. Mitchell oversees operational excellence across AI services, enterprise workflows, digital transformation initiatives, process automation, service management, AI lifecycle governance, performance monitoring, incident management, and business continuity.

Her leadership ensures that the University's AI ecosystem remains stable, resilient, scalable, and capable of supporting students, faculty, researchers, and administrative teams around the clock.
