Prof. Dr. Ibrahim Al-Hassan

Prof. Dr. Ibrahim Al-Hassan serves as the Vice Chancellor of ICS AI University, providing strategic leadership for the University's academic, research, innovation, and institutional development agenda. He is responsible for guiding the University's vision of delivering world-class, AI-enabled higher education while ensuring academic excellence, ethical governance, and global engagement.

With more than three decades of experience in higher education leadership, university administration, digital transformation, and international academic collaboration, Prof. Dr. Al-Hassan has successfully led institutional modernization initiatives, multidisciplinary research programmes, and strategic partnerships across academia, industry, and government.

As Vice Chancellor, he oversees the University's academic faculties, research centres, administrative divisions, and executive offices, ensuring that every aspect of the institution aligns with international quality standards and the University's commitment to innovation, accessibility, and lifelong learning.

He is a strong advocate of responsible artificial intelligence in education and believes that technology should enhance human potential rather than replace it.
