Prof. Dr. Mei Lin Zhang serves as the Pro Vice Chancellor – Academic Affairs at ICS AI University, where she provides executive leadership for the University's academic strategy, curriculum governance, teaching excellence, and institutional quality enhancement. With more than twenty-five years of distinguished experience in higher education, academic leadership, curriculum modernization, and educational innovation, Prof. Dr. Zhang has successfully led large-scale academic transformation initiatives across universities in Asia and through international collaborations with institutions worldwide. As Pro Vice Chancellor – Academic Affairs, she oversees the University's Schools, Faculties, Academic Registry, Programme Development Office, Curriculum Innovation initiatives, and Quality Enhancement activities.
