Prof. Dr. Ahmed Al-Mansoori

Prof. Dr. Ahmed Al-Mansoori serves as the University Secretary & General Counsel of ICS AI University, where he provides executive leadership for institutional governance, legal affairs, regulatory compliance, corporate administration, university policies, Board governance, Senate affairs, and executive secretariat services. He safeguards the University's constitutional framework while ensuring that institutional decision-making reflects the highest standards of integrity, accountability, transparency, and legal compliance.

With more than twenty-eight years of executive leadership experience in higher education law, institutional governance, corporate legal practice, regulatory affairs, and public administration, Prof. Dr. Al-Mansoori has advised universities, governmental organisations, and multinational institutions on governance reform, policy development, international agreements, intellectual property, and strategic legal risk management.

As University Secretary & General Counsel, he oversees the Office of Legal Affairs, Board Secretariat, Senate Secretariat, Governance Office, Institutional Policy Office, Corporate Records Office, Compliance & Ethics Office, and International Agreements Office. He serves as the principal adviser to the Chancellor, Vice Chancellor, Board of Governors, University Senate, and Executive Leadership Team on legal, governance, and regulatory matters affecting the University.

Prof. Dr. Al-Mansoori is recognised for his expertise in higher education governance, university legislation, institutional autonomy, AI governance, digital compliance, and international education law. He believes that strong governance enables innovation, protects institutional independence, and builds long-term trust among students, faculty, regulators, and global partners.

Under his leadership, ICS AI University continues to strengthen its governance framework, legal infrastructure, policy management, and compliance systems while supporting responsible innovation and sustainable institutional growth across multiple countries and jurisdictions.
