Prof. Dr. Ayşe Demir

Prof. Dr. Ayşe Demir serves as the Registrar of ICS AI University, where she provides executive leadership for the University's academic administration, student records, admissions governance, examinations, graduation services, and institutional academic compliance. She is responsible for ensuring that every stage of the student academic lifecycle is managed with integrity, transparency, accuracy, and operational excellence.

With more than twenty-five years of experience in higher education administration, academic governance, student information systems, and institutional management, Prof. Dr. Demir has successfully modernised university registry operations through digital transformation, policy reform, and automation. Her expertise spans admissions management, academic regulations, records administration, graduation governance, and enterprise student information systems.

As Registrar, she oversees the Academic Registry, Admissions Office, Examination Services, Student Records, Graduation & Convocation Office, Degree Verification Services, Academic Calendar Administration, and Academic Compliance Office. She works closely with the Vice Chancellor, Pro Vice Chancellors, Deans, and Schools to ensure that institutional policies are implemented consistently while maintaining the highest standards of academic integrity.

Prof. Dr. Demir is a strong advocate for student-centred administration, digital governance, data quality, and institutional transparency. She believes that an efficient and trusted Academic Registry forms the foundation upon which academic excellence, student confidence, and institutional credibility are built.

Under her leadership, ICS AI University continues to advance towards a fully digital, AI-enabled Registrar's Office that delivers secure, efficient, and globally benchmarked academic administration for learners across multiple countries and campuses.
